Sliding system with thermal insulation

KMD.TBS60 thermally insulated lift-and-slide structures are the solution for glazing large openings with maximum glazing area and heat retention. Provides easy and smooth opening, saves interior space, and maximizes natural lighting. The system allows for designs with one or more movable sashes, combining movable and fixed elements, as well as installing mosquito nets. The filling thickness range is from 28 to 42 mm.

Advantages of KMD TBS60

• The KMD.TBS60 system is designed for the manufacture of thermally insulated tilt-and-slide structures with one or more active sashes and fixed panel;

• Warm window and door sliding structures can replace a wall, have a high degree of protection, improve the illumination of living quarters and save living space;

• All profiles have a polyester powder coating with a thickness of at least 70 microns on all visible surfaces. The coating is applied electrostatically with subsequent polymerization at a temperature of 160-200C. Powder coating provides a high level of protection against external weathering. The powder coating can be made in different RAL colors and with different effects;

• The system is designed for lifting and sliding mechanisms with two sash versions: KMD. TBS60.6006 for insulating glass units weighing up to 400 kg and KMD TBS60.6007 for insulating glass units weighing up to 200 kg. It is possible to use insulating glass units with a thickness of up to 46 mm;

• Universal push-button joint KMD.1129-F and alignment angles KMD.F200, KMD.5×1, KMD.TBS60.17108 are used for assembling frames and sashes. Universal seals and brushes are also used;

• The height of the sashes in the structures can reach 3385 mm. The maximum width is 3235 mm;

• Installation of sliding mosquito nets is possible for any design option.
