A premium-class residential complex in Odesa, where the architecture seamlessly blends the atmosphere of the ancient city with the highest standards of modern materials. The project was realized with a special emphasis on preserving the building’s historical identity.
We utilized KMD.78 warm window systems in complex arched shapes for this project. This allowed us to move away from standard rectangular geometry and fully adapt the profile to the building’s historical architectural forms. Despite the complex arched geometry, the KMD.78 system ensures flawless thermal insulation performance and a refined appearance, highlighting the object’s premium status.
