Warm Aluminum Windows and Doors

The KMD.78 system is a thermally insulated series of aluminum profiles with a frame depth of 70 mm and a sash depth of 78.4 mm. It is designed for manufacturing window, door, and curtain wall structures of various configurations that meet strict thermal and acoustic insulation standards. Exceptional thermal performance, airtightness, and soundproofing are achieved through multi-chamber polyamide thermal breaks, foamed insulation inserts, and EPDM gaskets. The system allows for the integration of flush (coplanar) glazing beads in window sashes. Infill options—such as insulated glass units (IGUs) or solid panels—are placed on plastic glazing blocks and secured with glazing beads via an internal wedge gasket. The system accommodates infill thicknesses ranging from 22 to 60 mm for windows and from 14 to 52 mm for doors.
