A modern premium-class residential complex in Lviv, featuring refined architecture, expressive facade geometry, and high standards for material quality and execution. The project demonstrates a comprehensive facade approach through the use of contemporary cladding materials and KMD aluminium facade systems.
Applied KMD solutions:
Ventilated facade: the building envelope combines thin-sheet large-format porcelain stoneware with standing seam panels, creating a modern and restrained architectural appearance. The cladding system is installed using the classic aluminium ventilated facade subframe KMD.VF.
Adhesive fixing system for porcelain stoneware: the installation of large-format porcelain stoneware was carried out using an adhesive fixing solution within the KMD.VF classic subframe system. This approach enabled a clean facade appearance without visible fixing elements while maintaining a seamless architectural finish.
