A contemporary commercial building with expressive and concept-driven architecture. The defining visual feature of the business center is the bold colour concept of the glazed facade, emphasizing the dynamic character of the building. The integrated use of KMD systems made it possible to combine distinctive design, high structural performance, and premium energy efficiency characteristics.
Applied KMD solutions:
Window and door systems: integrated into the facade, as well as standalone windows and doors, these elements were manufactured using the premium thermally insulated aluminium system KMD.70 (currently represented by the updated KMD.78 series). The assemblies fully follow the project’s colour concept (RAL 3011 externally and RAL 7016 internally), creating a balanced visual transition between the vibrant exterior and the restrained office interior.
Facade glazing: large-scale glazed surfaces and architectural accent areas were executed using the classic stick curtain wall system KMD.F50. The building’s distinctive appearance is enhanced by integrated decorative elements finished in a custom dual-colour scheme: a насыщенный RAL 3011 on the exterior side and a refined, contemporary RAL 7016 on the interior side.
