A modern and technological office building, the exterior of which highlights the company’s industrial status. The project was implemented using comprehensive KMD solutions, perfectly combining the strict geometry of the ventilated facade with the practicality of the interior layout.
Applied KMD Solutions:
Interior Zones: The KMD.46 non-thermal break aluminum window and door series was utilized for the interior premises and restrooms. It provides excellent wear resistance for door structures under heavy daily traffic conditions in an office environment.
Ventilated Facade (Rain-Screen): Durable HPL panels were selected for the exterior wall cladding. The classic KMD.VF aluminum substructure with classic rivet fastening served as a reliable foundation, ensuring high strength and structural longevity.
