A unique premium-class architectural project on the first coastline, demanding uncompromising reliability and exceptional engineering precision. To implement the complex combined facade of the building, two KMD facade systems were utilized simultaneously.
Applied KMD Solutions:
- Load-Bearing Facade Framework: A combination of the reinforced self-supporting KMD Premium system and the classic KMD.VF system. This pairing allowed for the optimal distribution of loads across different facade zones and perfectly withstood high marine wind pressures.
- Exterior Cladding: The visual style of the complex is anchored by elegant architectural terracotta tiles (three-dimensional ceramics), while the dynamic spandrel panels and decorative elements are crafted from white aluminum composite material (ACM).
