Facade Glazing: The extensive translucent structures of the business center are engineered based on the classic KMD.F50 stick curtain wall system, which ensures maximum natural light behavior, high wind-load strength, and excellent thermal insulation performance.
Ventilated Facade (Rain-Screen): Thin, large-format porcelain slabs were selected for the exterior wall cladding. The KMD.VF aluminum substructure serves as the rigid framework, with the panels fixed using the advanced Sika structural adhesive system. This solution successfully achieved a perfectly flat, monolithic facade surface entirely free of visible fasteners.
