Applied KMD Solutions:
Cladding & Aesthetic Details: Highly durable, large-format porcelain slabs were selected as the primary exterior material. The panels were installed using blind rivet fastening. To preserve the visual purity and seamlessness of the architectural lines, a meticulous design detail was implemented: the rivets were custom-painted to precisely match the color of the porcelain tiles. This high-end approach rendered the fasteners virtually invisible across the expansive facade surface.
Ventilated Facade (Rain-Screen): The entire exterior wall structure was engineered using the classic KMD.VF aluminum substructure, serving as the highly durable structural framework for the property.
