One of Kharkiv’s earliest large-scale shopping centers, this project involved the transformation of an industrial building during its reconstruction in 2011-2012. The work was spearheaded by the The Vietnamese diaspora of Kharkiv, showcasing a blend of innovation and urban redevelopment.
