Piemont Eco Village is a cozy cottage community located on the outskirts of the capital, consisting of 70 two-story barnhouse-style houses. To date, the facade has been completed on 10 houses.
The facade is built using KMD systems that harmoniously combine functionality with modern style. The cladding utilizes a ventilated facade system for HPL panels and ceramic granite, anchored with a hidden Sika fastening system. The KMD F50 glazing system is integrated with the TBS60 warm sliding systems and the KMD 70 window-door system. This creates an elegant and functional facade that perfectly blends with the natural landscape.
