Grani Residential Complex is a modern housing development in Dnipro, distinguished by its unique architectural concept.
The complex features two towers of varying heights, seamlessly connected by a stylobate section. A standout element of the design is the six-story cantilevered sections, offset in different directions, which add a dynamic and distinctive character to the building. This offset is further highlighted by the facade’s design, where a gradient shifts from darker shades at the base to lighter tones at the top.
The facade is clad in ceramic granite, mounted using the KMD VF substructure system with secure clamp-based installation. This approach ensures both the building’s longevity and its refined aesthetic, blending harmoniously into the surrounding urban landscape.
