Applied KMD Solutions:
Decorative Elements: To conceal external MEP components and air conditioning units without compromising the overall architectural concept, durable HPL panels were implemented. These panels were customized into sleek decorative louvers that seamlessly complement the rich texture of the slate.
Ventilated Facade (Rain-Screen): Natural slate was selected as the primary exterior cladding material. The slate tiles are installed using a unique architectural “scale-like” pattern that smoothly wraps around the entire height of the building. The classic KMD.VF aluminum substructure serves as the rigid hidden foundation for this complex and heavy material, ensuring flawless building geometry and exceptional facade durability.
