Installation of Japanese fibre cement panels is based on the principle of hinged ventilated facade. You can install it at any time of year because there are no wet processes.
Fibre cement panels can be used in wall finishing made of absolutely any material due to their light weight, compared to other facade materials. It is suitable for frame houses, houses made of aerated concrete, bricks, ceramic blocks, etc.
Fiber cement panels are mounted on both wooden and metal subsystems depending on individual customer preferences.
BASIC STEPS OF INSTALLATION
You should watch the video guide before start.
Preparation of wooden or metal purlins.
During installation on a galvanized metal subsystem, you should attach the L-shaped bracket on which you should attach an insulation and a wind barrier using the dowels.
The next step is to install a wind barrier on top of the insulation for more efficient moisture removal. You also should mount vertical rails.
In the next stage, the tide and the starting bar are mounted on the vertical linear profile guides.
After mounting the start plate, the process of mounting the panels and their fastening with special hidden fasteners begins. As a result, the fastening of the panels is hidden, without drilling the panels.
The design of corners and window slopes can be performed using specially bent and painted metal or directly from the panel with undercut. You can also use original corner elements.
Once the installation is complete, vertical joints for different types of panels are filled with a special sealant.
